Care instructions
*Handle and Care of feathers*
Hang loosely, don't smash them, if feathers get bent and if you feel comfortable doing so..... you can take a hair straightener on low heat and lightly pinch bent feather while lightly sliding straightener down. Don't hairspray. Wash gently with damp cloth and shampoo. Blow dry downward on high & hot but not too close.
Custom and personalized orders
I love creating custom orders. I can make almost all of our feather earrings just about any length so if you don't see your desired length shoot me a message and we'll see what we can do! If you have a specific event, color scheme, or whatever the case might be, please feel free to contact me and we can figure out the details.
Sizing details
All of our earrings our measured from the hook to the longest feather. If you would like a length not listed feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do!
Are your feathers cruelty free and natural
Yes all of our feathers are cruelty free and natural feathers. Some are dyed but they are still real feathers.
*Please understand that each feather is unique and natural so with that comes variances.
All of our leather is genuine leather also.
Shipping
Our current make/processing time is 1 to 2 weeks.
The time it takes me to get you your earrings depends on current order volume, If you need your earrings by a specific date please message me before purchasing. Please message me if you have a specific date request, I don't always see the note before it's to late.
It can take about 48 to 72 hours before you start to see tracking updates once your package has shipped, especially during the holiday months.

Repairs
Unfortunately sometimes things happen. If your item breaks within 7 days of normal wear, PLEASE contact me. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me, and I would be more then happy to work out a solution if your item defects within this time period. If this happens I will ship your repaired item back to you at no cost, and I will message you a return label.
Please note that you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Jewelry must be sent back with all of its pieces, please make sure you wrap it appropriately so it does not get more damaged in the shipping process.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Our jewelry is always gift wrapped in each package, whether you request it or not we always wrap them up pretty. We offer gift messaging also.
RETURNS & CANCELATIONS
Buyers are responsible for the cost of returns. Please reach out if you have any other questions regarding returns.
If a refund is necessary it will be issued after I recieve and inspect them for damage.
We do not accept cancelations within the 2 to 3 week make time. Please make sure you check the estimated delivery date before you check out, and please reach out if you need them by a specific date, I'll try my best to make it happen (but not guaranteed)
